Free on-site assessment
We visit your pool, measure, photograph and document every issue. You get a written quote with a realistic price range and a clear plan. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Drain and structural check
We drain the pool and inspect the shell for cracks, leaks and substrate issues. Anything that needs fixing gets fixed before we start the surface work.
Full surface prep
This is where 30+ years of expertise earns its keep. We strip back to a sound surface, repair substrate problems, etch, clean and prime. Bad prep is the #1 cause of pool finish failure.
Weather-protected application
Our four weather-protection structures go up over the pool. Your project continues rain or shine. We apply the new surface system in controlled conditions — no wind, no dust, no rain spots.
Cure and finish
The new finish cures fully under cover before we refill. Any extras — coping, tile repair, equipment upgrades — happen in parallel so nothing holds up the timeline.
Refill and hand-back
We refill, balance the chemistry and walk you through aftercare. A final inspection confirms the job is right before we leave. Then you enjoy a pool that looks and feels new.
